As we prioritize project success, it’s essential to note that due to high demand, we may not be able to accommodate every request. Each inquiry is meticulously evaluated, and we will inform you whether we can undertake your project or if we must decline based on factors like scope, budget, or location
If there is a mutual fit, we will schedule a visit to your property. During this initial meeting, we will delve into your vision, goals, and budget. Your design team will actively listen to your ideas, assisting you in creating a wish list for your project. We will provide feedback regarding your wish list in relation to your budget.
Upon receiving your input and gaining clarity on the necessary scope of work, we can begin the design process. The design fees generally fall within the range of $2000 to $5000, with a required $1000 deposit. Commencement of the design phase follows upon signing the design contract and submitting the deposit.
Our design team will visit your property to collect precise measurements. Additional photos will be taken to inform the creation of a comprehensive scaled base plan for your site.
You will be presented with a 2D concept plan and plant palette. Your input on the concepts and any desired changes is highly valued.
Upon your approval of the design, Wild Earth Gardens will prepare an itemized final construction estimate, including a detailed scope of work.
Once the estimate is approved, you sign the construction agreement, pay a 30% deposit, and are assigned a project manager. A general timeframe for project commencement is provided, and a schedule is developed, taking into account the overall timeline, weather conditions, and unforeseen delays that may affect the construction start date.
